The Check In time is from 4pm
You will be sent a code via text message when the property is available for you to check in, to access the key safe. Please note that we will need to do the £100 security bond pre-authorisation before we can send the key safe code.
If you arrive to the area early and would like some refreshments or to stretch your legs, please visit Tykes Restaurant or the Sports bar at Sandburn Hall. Show your booking confirmation to receive your 10% resident’s discount. Please do not arrive before you have been sent the key code.
Check Out time is by 10am.
Please ensure you have disposed of any rubbish in the bins provided and returned your keys to the key box on the wall.

How far is Sandburn Hall from the property?
You can walk to Sandburn Hall across the fields and tracks on the estate, it is approx. 2 miles. Alternatively, you can drive and take the next turning off the A64 at Flaxton, this is approx. 3 miles.
Is there a hot tub at Cherry Tree Barn?
No – All of our lodges, based at Griffon Forest have a hot tub but there is not one at the barn.
Is Cherry Tree Barn dog friendly?
Yes – We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the property has an enclosed garden. Please note there is a charge per dog, please confirm at the time of booking.
Are there any pubs or restaurants on the estate or nearby I can take my dog into?
Yes – The Sports Bar and Tykes Restaurant allow dogs (you will need to pre book for Tykes), and you get 10% discount during your stay by showing your keys. Ask in reception for a list of other pubs in the area.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at Cherry Tree Barn?
No, the nearest 3-phase charging point is at Sandburn Hall Hotel. We do not allow vehicles to be charged from Cherry Tree Barn. Please note that you will need to install an app and there will be a charge.
What is the bedroom set up at Cherry Tree Barn?
There are three bedrooms – one double with super king bed and en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms, which can be set up as a super king double or twin beds, please advise at the time of booking.
Can I get a supermarket delivery to Cherry Tree Barn?
Yes – You will need to add the address for Cherry Tree Barn to your booking. Please arrange for the delivery to come after the 4pm check in time, or when you will be there to receive it.
